Christmas trees have arrived at Clark's Farm! Our trees are grown in Floyd,VA and cut Thanksgiving week to ensure they are FRESH! Trees are $40.00 and up, depending on size. Wreaths are $25.00 and up, sold both plain and decorated.

What can be more satisfying, or educationally important, than reading to young children? Spotsylvania Towne Centre will honor that wonderful activity by inviting parents from all over northern Virginia to participate in Read For A Reason. This special family event will take place on Saturday, December 17, from 10am, in the grassy area next to Books-A-Million in The Village at Towne Centre. Registration will take place from 8am to 10am in Books-A-Million. Characters from the Captain McFinn & Friends Kids Club will be on hand to greet the children. To add to the fun, we’re shooting for a world record! A representative from the Guinness World Records organization will be on hand to certify it as “The most parents reading to their children in a single location.” The event coincides with National School Choice Week.

The tour will end at the Sunken Road in time for those who wish to do so to attend the 2 p.m. Battle of Fredericksburg commemorative program at the Richard Kirkland Monument. Wear good walking shoes.
